PreCon

  • John has pastored churches in TX, GA, LA, and TN. He has also served as Vice President of Evangelism and Spiritual Awakening at the North American Mission Board. He has authored four books: The Passion Promise, Authentic Power, If God Were Real and co-authored Revival Revived.  His most recent book he co-authored with his wife, Donna:  Yes Changes Everything.  John served as President of Life Action Ministries from 2017-2024. 

    John and Donna met at Baylor University and were married in 1980. They have three adult children and six grandchildren. They currently live in Knoxville, TN.

     On his day off, you might find John hiking the mountains with Donna, scuba diving, or playing golf. At night, you will always find him with a book in his hand.

  • Since 2007, Collegiate Church Planting has been the heartbeat of what we do. We believe that God is moving on the college campus, and this breakout session will tell you a little more about the ‘how’.

  • God is moving in larger cities across the NW, and we want to join Him. During this breakout session, you will learn more about how we love our cities, and pursue the lost through our jobs, service, and more.

  • As we begin to plant church in global cities, we have also started the process of planting a church across the globe! Learn more about what that looks like.
